Call to order: 7:05 P.M. - 21 members were present.

Sec. Report: The November 2008 minutes were approved as written.

Treas. Report: Tom Craig - A Treasurers Report was not available due to Tom’s absence.

Membership Report: Ralph Savino - There are currently 158 paid memberships. Renewals are running late so if you haven’t renewed your membership for 2009 please do so as soon as you can. Be sure to renew you AMA membership also. Thus far the club has gained 23 new members this year.

Field Safety: Dave Woodward/Pratt Carter - This past month has been good regarding safety issues. Lets keep it up guys.

Field Report: Don Baisden - Mowing has slowed down considerably due to the season. Tall weeds can still be a problem as they seem to ignore seasons. Mowing may be necessary just because of them.

Old Business: The December 6^th SES Swap Meet had a good turnout considering the economic climate. Income for the club was about 76% of last year. Several nearby clubs had other events happening that same day which reduced attendance somewhat. Paid gate attendance was 48 people.

New Business: Jack Hostetler - Our annual election was held and a unanimous vote was given to Donald Neal for President and Jim Soltysiak for V.P. They will take office beginning January 2009. The current Treasurer and Secretary will continue for a third year. Many thanks to President Jack Hostetler and V.P. Harry Hovorka. Both served 2 years each.
